Examples of State Authorities in a sentence
If the sale is restricted to an individual and not to be sold to a company, society, firm or body corporate as specified by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies, the Property shall be sold to the individual person only.
The successful bidder (“the Purchaser”) shall immediately upon the sale undertake to apply for and obtain the consent to transfer (if any) from the Developer and/or the Proprietor and/or State Authorities or relevant bodies.
The Purchaser is to comply with all the terms and conditions as imposed by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies as the case may be in granting the said approval or consent or confirmation to transfer or assign the Property to the Purchaser on or before the Completion Date or such period as may be specified by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies whichever is the earlier.
All sums or dues whatsoever owing to the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies and all fees, charges and expenses in connection with incidental to or pursuant to the said application for approval or consent or confirmation shall be solely borne and paid by the Purchaser.
A foreign citizen or foreign company is only allowed to bid for the Property subject to the prevailing legal requirements, guidelines and/or existing policies and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen or foreign company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own costs the unconditional consent of the Economic Planning Unit (if any) and/or relevant State Authorities to the said sale in accordance with the terms stated below.
