Examples of State Authorities in a sentence

  • If the sale is restricted to an individual and not to be sold to a company, society, firm or body corporate as specified by the Developer and/or Proprietor and/or State Authorities and/or relevant bodies, the Property shall be sold to the individual person only.

  • The successful bidder (“the Purchaser”) shall immediately upon the sale undertake to apply for and obtain the consent to transfer (if any) from the Developer and/or the Proprietor and/or State Authorities or relevant bodies.

  • A foreign citizen or foreign company is only allowed to bid for the Property subject to the prevailing legal requirements, guidelines and/or existing policies and if the bid is successful, the sale is subject to the foreign citizen or foreign company applying and obtaining at his/her/its own costs the unconditional consent of the Economic Planning Unit (if any) and/or relevant State Authorities to the said sale in accordance with the terms stated below.


More Definitions of State Authorities

State Authorities means the Government and each aspect of the Government at every level, including central, regional and local authorities or bodies, and all nonjudicial instrumentalities, statutory bodies, taxing authorities, branches and subdivi- sions of any of the foregoing, and any entity which is directly or indirectly controlled by Ghana or one or more State Authorities; and includes the Environmental Protection Agency, the Tax Authority of Ghana and the Technical Authority; and each a "State Authority";
State Authorities means, as the context and jurisdiction of the various governmental elements requires, (i) the Government, (ii) any and all State Entities, (iii) any and all Local Authorities, and (iv) any Persons acting on behalf of, and all successors or permitted assignees of, any or all of the foregoing.
