Scope of Works definition

Scope of Works means the sections of the RFQ detailing the technical requirements of the work to be carried out as existing at the Date of Acceptance of the Quotation and any modification of such Works thereafter directed or the use of which has been permitted by the Superintendent for the purposes of the Contract.

Scope of Works means the summary of the steps involved in the Work;

Scope of Works. (SOW) means the document included in the Bidding Document which explains the objectives, scope of work, activities, tasks to be performed, respective responsibilities of the Ministry and the Vendor/Contractor, and expected results and deliverables of the assignment.

This Introduction should be read in conjunction with Tender Appendix A [Scope of Works / Specifications] set out in Part II, Section 2 of the Tender Documents.
We hereby offer to execute and complete the works in strict accordance with the Tender Document at the item rates quoted by me / us in the attached Schedule of Quantities in all respects as per the specifications and Scope of Works described in the Tender Document and the Annexures containing Terms and Conditions.

Scope of Works means the Scope of Works referred to in the Tender and any modification thereof or addition thereto as may from time to time be furnished or approved in writing by the Authority.

Scope of Works means the Scope of Works attached to the Quotation (if any). Service shall mean the specific service offerings specified on an applicable Quotation to be provided by the Supplier to the Customer under this Agreement, along with certain enhancements, to the extent specified in such Quotation, including any Professional Services. Security Interest in relation to any Equipment that is personal property, has the meaning given to that term by the PPSA.
