Personal time off and vacation may be taken in accordance with Corporation’s rules, practices, and policies applicable to Corporation’s senior executive employees, as such rules, practices, and policies may be revised from time to time by the Board or the Committee.
Personal time must be approved in advance to allow management time to adjust the work schedule.
