No Demand definition

No Demand means either: no sales of the relevant items to the Buyer during six consecutive months; or actual demand during the six-month period results in the remaining stock being in excess of 12 months’ requirements. If, following payment for stock by the Buyer pursuant to this clause, No Demand for that stock is received in the subsequent six-month period, the Company may, with the prior consent of the Buyer, dispose of the remainder of that stock.
No Demand. The undersigned have received no demand for payment under the terms of the Mortgage and the note which it secures within the last six (6) years.

Examples of No Demand in a sentence

  • No Demand Registration shall be deemed to have occurred for purposes of this Section 2(a)(iii) if the Registration Statement relating thereto does not become effective or is not maintained effective for its entire Effectiveness Period, in which case the Initiating Holder shall be entitled to an additional Demand Registration in lieu thereof.

Related to No Demand

  • Demand has the meaning set forth in Section 2.1(a).
