Framework definition

Framework. ’ means the conditions and other information in respect of a conditional allocation published in terms of section 16 or 26;
Framework means the multiple Supplier framework arrangements established by the Authority in accordance with Regulation 19 of the Public Contract Regulations 2006 (and any subsequent amendment thereof) for the provision of locum doctors (including locum GPs) managed services to Contracting Bodies by Framework Suppliers;
