Framework definition

Framework means the framework arrangements established by the Authority for the provision of the Services to Contracting Bodies by suppliers (including the Supplier) pursuant to the OJEU Notice;

  • Subcontractor Any third party engaged by the Supplier under a subcontract (permitted under the Framework Agreement and the Call-Off Contract) and its servants or agents in connection with the provision of G-Cloud Services.

  • References to England and Wales in incorporated Framework Agreement clause 8.12 (Law and Jurisdiction) of this Call-Off Contract will be replaced with Scotland and the wording of the Framework Agreement and Call-Off Contract will be interpreted as closely as possible to the original English and Welsh Law intention despite Scots Law applying.
