Customer Site definition
Customer Site means the site owned or leased by the Customer or any other site used to provide the Service, which is directly connected to a PoP managed by Liquid Telecom, as set out in the COF;
Customer Site means any location within the Territory at which Licensed Technology (other than Handsets) is agreed to be implemented by TELVIVA for the benefit of CUSTOMER pursuant to the Service Order;

The Customer shall advise Telcom in writing of all health and safety rules and regulations and any other reasonable security requirements applicable at the Customer Site, and Telcom shall use all reasonable endeavours to observe and ensure that its employees and authorised representatives observe such regulations and requirements as advised whilst at the Customer Site.
Should any construction or alteration to the Customer Site have occurred to facilitate any Service, Telcom is not obliged to restore the Customer Site to the same physical state as prior to Service delivery.

Customer Site means those website URLs and mobile applications (as applicable) owned and operated by Customer or a Customer Affiliate on which Customer elects, and Qubit agrees, to implement the Script (as defined herein) and provide the Products, as such properties are more particularly detailed in the Sales Order Form.
