Custodian Accounts definition

Custodian Accounts means each of the Borrower A Custodian Accounts, the Borrower B Custodian Accounts, the Borrower C Custodian Accounts and the Borrower D Custodian Accounts.

Examples of Custodian Accounts in a sentence

  • Custodian will open and maintain one or more special purpose deposit accounts in the name of Custodian ("Accounts"), subject only to draft or order by Custodian upon receipt of instructions.

  • With respect to certain retirement plans or accounts for which CDI maintains custodial account agreements, such as individual retirement accounts ("IRAs"), SIMPLE IRAs, SEP IRAs, Xxxx IRAs, 403(b) Plans and Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Accounts (such accounts, "Custodian Accounts"), the Transfer Agent shall perform the following services.

  • Each Participant hereby designates Zero Hash as its exclusive representative and agent (even exclusive of Participant except to the extent done by Participant through the Zero Hash system) to provide instructions to the contract Depository Institution related to (a) creation and management of Custodian Accounts, and (b) deposit, transfer, withdrawal, convert, or other transaction involving any Fiat Currency.

  • Each Participant hereby designates Zero Hash as its exclusive representative and agent (even exclusive of Participant except to the extent done by Participant through the Zero Hash system) to provide instructions to Wallet Provider related to (a) creation and management of Custodian Accounts, and (b) deposit, transfer, withdrawal or other transaction involving any Digital Asset.

  • If you ever owe us or any of our affiliates money and that money is due, we can on our own behalf and on behalf of our affiliates, to the extent allowed by law and without notice to you, use the money from any or all of your accounts (except IRA, Irrevocable Trust or Custodian Accounts) or any account in which you are a co-owner to pay the debt (set-off).

  • IRA / Custodian Accounts may not direct distributions without the custodian’s approval.

  • Custodian Accounts are subject to the Michigan Uniform Transfers to Minors Act.

  • Pension Fund Custodian Accounts: Northern Trust (In House Account): It is requested the existing limit of £30m is maintained.

  • Company shall promptly notify Custodian by means of Instructions of the appointment and removal of an Investment Adviser, the portion of the Custodian Accounts that are subject to the investment control of such Investment Adviser and all other facts pertinent to such Investment Adviser's authority to give Instructions, including a designation of the Authorized Persons of such Investment Adviser.

Related to Custodian Accounts

  • Custodian Account means an account subject to a Custodian Agreement.

  • Agency Account(s means any deposit account opened on the books of a Subcustodian or other banking institution in accordance with Section 7.1 hereof.

  • Lockbox Accounts means the accounts maintained by Borrower at the Lockbox Banks into which all collections or payments on their Accounts and other Collateral are paid.

  • Custodial P&I Account The Custodial P&I Account, as defined in each of the Servicing Agreements, with respect to the Mortgage Loans. In determining whether the Custodial P&I Account under any Servicing Agreement is "acceptable" to the Master Servicer (as may be required by the definition of "Eligible Account" contained in the Servicing Agreements), the Master Servicer shall require that any such account shall be acceptable to each of the Rating Agencies. Custodian: Initially, the Trustee, and thereafter the Custodian, if any, hereafter appointed by the Trustee pursuant to Section 8.13, or its successor in interest under the Custodial Agreement. The Custodian may (but need not) be the Trustee or any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control of the Trustee. Neither a Servicer, nor the Seller nor the Master Servicer nor any Person directly or indirectly controlling or controlled by or under common control with any such Person may be appointed Custodian.

  • Indian custodian means any Indian person who has legal custody of an Indian child under tribal law or custom or under State law or to whom temporary physical care, custody, and control has been transferred by the parent of such child;

  • Designated Accounts means any and all unsecured credit facilities (including without limitation unsecured card or non-card credit facility) that you have with the Participating FIs and excludes joint accounts, any renovation loan, education loan, credit facility granted for businesses or business purposes and such other credit facility that is excluded under the MAS regulations relating to unsecured credit facilities to individuals.

  • Client Accounts means accounts of Clients (i) that are Controlled by an Access Person and (ii) in which no Access Person has a substantial proportionate economic interest; provided that, the Client pays a management, advisory or any other similar arms-length fee to the Access Person and the beneficiary of the Client Account is not an Immediate Family member of an Access Person.

  • Loan Account has the meaning set forth in Section 2.10.

  • Investment Accounts means the Collateral Account, Securities Accounts, Commodities Accounts and Deposit Accounts.

  • Collateral Custodian means Xxxxx Fargo, not in its individual capacity, but solely as collateral custodian pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.

  • Trust Accounts has the meaning assigned thereto in Section 5.1.

  • Project Accounts means accounts referred to in and required to be established under the Senior Funding Agreements;

  • Depository Bank means the Institution that issues a specific Depositary Receipt on behalf of the underlying company. The Depository Bank maintains a holding of Stock in the Underlying on which it is able to issue Depositary Receipts;

  • Collection Account Control Agreement means the account control agreement dated on or prior to the date hereof, among Borrowers, Administrative Agent and Paying Agent, which shall provide for Administrative Agent control over the Collection Account and shall be in form and substance acceptable to Administrative Agent, as the same may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
