Cash Distribution definition

Cash Distribution means the distribution by the Company to all holders of its Common Stock of cash, other than any cash that is distributed upon a merger or consolidation to which Section 2(h) applies or as part of a distribution referred to in paragraph (4) of Section 2(b).

  • The cash received from such sale will then be distributed to those Registered Owners who as of the Record Date held Unbalanced Certificates, allocated between the Dividend Certificates and the Asset Certificates based on the VWAP Fractions, in cash or Stablecoins, as applicable, as a Cash Distribution.
