Amendment No. 6 Effective Date definition

Amendment No. 6 Effective Date has the meaning set forth in Amendment No. 6.

Amendment No. 6 Effective Date means November 29, 2017.

Amendment No. 6 Effective Date means January 17, 2023.

CDI and Licensee desire to amend certain terms of the Master License Agreement (as amended by this Amendment No. 6, the “Agreement”) as set forth herein as of the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date.

The Amendment No. 6 Refinancing Term Commitments shall automatically terminate at 11:59 p.m. (New York City time) on the Amendment No. 6 Effective Date.

Amendment No. 6 Effective Date means July 18, 2024.

Amendment No. 6 Effective Date means June 26, 2013.
