Trade Unions Sample Clauses
The Trade Unions clause defines the rights and obligations of both the employer and employees in relation to trade union membership and activities within the workplace. It typically outlines whether employees are permitted to join trade unions, participate in union activities during working hours, and how the employer will engage with union representatives, such as through collective bargaining or consultation processes. This clause serves to clarify the framework for industrial relations, helping to prevent disputes and ensure compliance with relevant labor laws regarding union involvement.
