Senior Officers Sample Clauses

The 'Senior Officers' clause defines which individuals within an organization are considered to hold senior management positions for the purposes of the agreement. Typically, this clause lists specific titles—such as CEO, CFO, or Vice President—or sets criteria for determining who qualifies as a senior officer. By clearly identifying these key decision-makers, the clause ensures that only authorized personnel can make binding decisions or receive important notices, thereby reducing ambiguity and preventing unauthorized actions within contractual dealings.
