Section 4.3. 16 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off without loss of 17 pay to a maximum of four (4) days total per year to attend regional or State meetings when the purpose of 18 those meetings is in the best interest of the District as determined by the District Administration. Section 4.3. 34 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 35 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington State Organization.

Section 4.3. 30 There shall be no sub-contracting unless it is negotiated with the appropriate bargaining unit.

Section 4.3. 20 On or before the first day of October of each year during the term of this Agreement, the District shall 21 provide Public School Employees of Washington with the names of all employees in the bargaining unit, 22 the number of hours each works, and position on the salary schedule. The District shall provide Public 23 School Employees of Washington with the names of new employees, hours worked and position on the 24 salary schedule, throughout the year.

Section 4.3. 20 The Association reserves and retains the right to delegate any right or duty contained herein to 21 appropriate officials of the Public School Employees of Washington/SEIU Local 1948 State 22 Organization.

Section 4.3. 2 The President of the Association and designated representatives will be provided time off to a 3 maximum of ten (10) days per year to attend meetings when the purpose of those meetings is in the 4 best interests of the District as determined by the District administration.

Section 4.3. 35 The District, as part of the general orientation of each new employee within the unit subject to this 36 Agreement, shall describe the employee’s rights under the Public Employees Collective Bargaining Act 37 of 1967 and subsequent amendments thereto, and shall provide such employee with a copy of this 38 Agreement to be furnished the District by the Association. 39

Section 4.3. 43 Representatives of the Association upon making their presence known to the District shall have access 44 to the District premises during business hours, provided that no conferences or meetings between 45 employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work.
