Section 4.3. 35 The District, as part of the general orientation of each new employee within the unit subject to this 36 Agreement, shall describe the employee’s rights under the Public Employees Collective Bargaining Act 37 of 1967 and subsequent amendments thereto, and shall provide such employee with a copy of this 38 Agreement to be furnished the District by the Association. 39
Section 4.3. 43 Representatives of the Association upon making their presence known to the District shall have access 44 to the District premises during business hours, provided that no conferences or meetings between 45 employees and Association representatives will in any way hamper or obstruct the normal flow of work.
