Section 2.6. 39 All parties to this contract shall make every reasonable effort to conduct themselves with dignity and 40 respect for each other’s rights, duties, and privileges. Indemnification The Union hereby agrees to hold the Employer harmless 17 from any and all liabilities or damages which may arise from the performance of its obligations 18 under this Article and the Union shall indemnify, including payment of Employer’s attorney fees, 19 the Employer for any such liabilities or damages that may arise.
