Return of Property. Upon termination of this Contract for any reason whatsoever, Contractor shall immediately deliver to State all State Intellectual Property and State Data (including without limitation any Deliverables for which State has made payment in whole or in part), that are in the possession or under the control of Contractor in whatever stage of development and form of recordation such State property is expressed or embodied at that time.

Return of Property. The Employee agrees to return any and all property of the Employer upon the termination of employment. This includes, but is not limited to, equipment, electronics, records, access, notes, data, tests, vehicles, reports, models, or any property that is requested by the Employer.

Return of Property. The Executive agrees that all property in the Executive’s possession that he obtains or is assigned in the course of his employment with the Company, including, without limitation, all documents, reports, manuals, memoranda, customer lists, credit cards, keys, access cards, and all other property relating in any way to the business of the Company, is the exclusive property of the Company, even if the Executive authored, created, or assisted in authoring or creating such property. The Executive shall return to the Company all such property immediately upon termination of employment or at such earlier time as the Company may request.

Return of Property. All Company files, access keys, desk keys, ID badges, computers, electronic devices, telephones and credit cards, and such other property of the Company as the Company may reasonably request, in Executive’s possession must be returned no later than the date of Executive’s termination from the Company.

Return of Property. On the date of the termination of Executive’s employment with the Company for any reason (or at any time prior thereto at the Company’s request), Executive will return all property belonging to the Employer (including, but not limited to, any Employer provided laptops, computers, cell phones, wireless electronic mail devices or other equipment, or documents and property belonging to the Employer).

Return of Property. Upon the termination of this Agreement, all property provided by the Client, including, but not limited to, cleaning supplies, uniforms, equipment, and any other items must be returned by the Service Provider. Failure to do so may result in a delay in any final payment made by the Client.

Return of Property. Upon termination of Executive's employment with the Company, Executive shall deliver promptly to the Company all records, files, manuals, books, forms, documents, letters, memoranda, data, customer lists, tables, photographs, video tapes, audio tapes, computer disks and other computer storage media, and copies thereof, that are the property of the Company, or that relate in any way to the business, products, services, personnel, customers, prospective customers, suppliers, practices, or techniques of the Company, and all other property of the Company (such as, for example, computers, cellular telephones, pagers, credit cards, and keys), whether or not containing Confidential Information, that are in Executive's possession or under Executive's control.

Return of Property. You certify that you have fully complied with Section 8.4 of your Employment Agreement.
