Payment of Time. An Officer covered by this Agreement who resigns, retires or dies, shall be entitled to and shall receive all unused compensatory time accumulated by said Officer including furlough time, baby furlough days, personal days, and holidays. An Officer who is separated for cause shall be entitled to receive only unused compensatory time accumulated as a result of earned overtime for hours worked in excess of 171 per 28-day period.

Payment of Time. A Captain covered by this Agreement who resigns or dies shall be entitled to and shall be paid for all unused compensatory time accumulated by said Captain, including furlough time, Baby Furlough Days and personal days. Payment of Time. Trainmen’s time shall be computed from the time men are required to report for their run, and shall finish at the time they arrive at their home terminal after they have finished their run and been relieved of charge of their train.

Related to Payment of Time

  • Calculation of Time For the purposes of this Agreement, “days” refers to calendar days unless otherwise specified.

  • Computation of Time In computing any period of time under this Agreement, the day of the act or event from which the specified period begins to run is not included. The last day of the period is included, unless it is a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday, in which case the period will run until the end of the next day that is not a Saturday, Sunday or legal holiday.

  • Devotion of Time The Directors shall not be obligated and shall not be expected to devote all of their time or business efforts to the affairs of the Company (except, to the extent appropriate, in their capacity as employees of the Company).

  • Extension of Time If the Executive shall be in violation of any provision of this Article 6, then each time limitation set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the period of time during which such violation or violations occur. If the Company seeks injunctive relief from such violation in any court, then the covenants set forth in this Article 6 shall be extended for a period of time equal to the pendency of such proceeding including all appeals by the Executive.

  • Time of the Essence; Computation of Time Time is of the essence for each and every provision of this Agreement. Whenever the last day for the exercise of any privilege or the discharge or any duty hereunder shall fall upon a Saturday, Sunday, or any date on which banks in New York, New York are authorized to be closed, the party having such privilege or duty may exercise such privilege or discharge such duty on the next succeeding day which is a regular business day.
