Parking Lots. The City operates 12 un-staffed surface parking lots, as either the owner of lessee, containing a total of 754 spaces.
Parking Lots. With respect to all buildings having parking lots adjacent thereto, no additional compensation shall be required for servicing such lots. However, all employees hired prior to May 1, 2000 who have performed such services under the Agreement effective from December 1, 2000 through November 30, 2002 and who were paid additional compensation for such services shall continue to perform such services and shall continue to be paid such additional compensation.

During the summer months, a weekly refuse collection will be carried out, where-as the parking lots will be swept monthly. iv) During the winter months, snow removal along with salting and sanding of the parking lots will be as required. v) Current entrances/exits will remain open for access to both east and west parking lots.
Parking Lots i. Parking lots shall be kept free of trash, including glass, fallen limbs, oak leaves and other debris. This shall be completed in sequence with the turf mowing iterations. ii. A schedule to mow and trim in areas adjacent to employee and visitor parking will be arranged to eliminate damage to vehicles. The contractor shall assume all liability for damages to vehicles as a result of mowing, trimming and cleaning of designated areas.

Parking Lots. 15.1. It is clarified that the parking lots are owned by the Lessor or it has the exclusive right to use them, and that the Lessor has the right to use the parking lot areas at its absolute and exclusive discretion, including allocating and/or designating certain areas in any manner, granting various rights, including easements in all or part of the parking lots for the benefit of the party so determined by the Lessor and for any period of time it so determines, and collecting separate payment from parties to whom such areas have been allocated. The Lessor shall further be entitled to enlarge the parking lots and/or add to and/or modify them, at its sole discretion and subject to applicable law. The Lessee shall not have any claim and/or dispute and/or demand with respect to the foregoing, provided that if an area of the parking lot is allocated for the exclusive use of a specific tenant, such area shall be deducted from the public parking area in connection with the property tax charge. 15.2. The Lessor acknowledges its awareness that its mere status of a tenant does not per sx xxxxx it and/or its visitors and/or any party on its behalf the right to use the parking lots. 15.3. The Lessor may, in its absolute discretion, decide from time to time to operate the parking lots or any part thereof as paid or free parking lots, alone or by means of the Management Company and/or through others, including leasing or renting them out to subcontractors for operation. It is agreed that the Lessor and/or the Management Company and/or the entity to operate the parking lots may determine procedures for use, operation, parking, entry and exit and operating hours of the parking lots, and may revise any of these from time to time. The collection of a fee for parking from visitors to the Project shall not derogate from the Lessee’s obligation to bear its prorated share of the property tax payments for the public parking lot. The Lessee undertakes to implement, from time to time, any such determination and all the arrangements and procedures to be determined in this respect by the Lessor and/or the Management Company and/or the entity to operate the parking lots. The above provision constitutes a direct undertaking towards the Lessor and/or the Management Company /or any other entity that is to operate the parking lots from time to time, as the case may be.
Parking Lots. 6.9.1 Subject to Paragraph 6.9.3 below, Kmart will ensure that the dimensions and signage of accessible parking spaces and parking access aisles at Kmart Stores comply with the Standards. 6.9.2 Where the slope and/or cross slope of the parking lot (including parking spaces and accessible routes) at a Kmart Store is out of compliance with the Standards but would not require regrading to comply, subject to Paragraph 8.4 below, Kmart will ensure that the slope and/or cross slope comply. 6.9.3 Where the slope and/or cross slope of a parking lot at a Kmart Store are out of compliance with the Standards and would require regrading of the parking lot to comply, Kmart will not be required to regrade provided that 6.9.3.1 If the slope and/or cross slope of an Accessible Route are out of compliance, Kmart will use its best efforts to locate a more compliant Accessible Route, and to take such steps as do not require regrading to bring it as close as possible to compliance with the Standards. 6.9.3.2 If the slope and/or cross slope of accessible parking spaces or parking access aisles are out of compliance, Kmart shall attempt to find an area of the parking lot in which the slope and/or cross slope are (if possible) fully compliant and (if full compliance is not possible) more compliant and will create an additional set of accessible parking spaces and parking access aisles such that there are as many parking spaces and parking access aisles as required by Section 4.1.2(5) of the Standards both in the original location and in the new location. Parking spaces in the new location shall, to the greatest extent feasible, be on an Accessible Route.
Parking Lots. The Lessee was notified that the Primary Lessor and/or anyone on its behalf operates an underground parking lot in the building, all as specified in Annex C to this Agreement, and subject to the provisions of this section below. 14a.1 As of the date of commencement of the Lease Period the Lessee undertakes to lease 30 (thirty) unmarked parking spaces and in addition the Lessee undertakes to lease an extra 50 (fifty) parking spaces as of January 1, 2014, or prior to this date if the Lessee should so decide (total of 80 parking spaces as of January 1, 2014 or earlier) and thus subject to the price stated in section 14a.1.1 below: 14a.1.1 The Lessee will pay for the unmarked parking spaces intended for the use of the Lessee and/or its employees and/or guests the sum of NIS 540 (five hundred and forty New Israeli Shekels) plus Linkage Differentials and VAT as required by law for each unmarked parking space for each month (hereinafter referred to as: “Parking Fee”). It is agreed that the payment as aforementioned will include management fees and property tax for the parking spaces (hereinafter referred to as: the “Parking Fee”). 14a.2 Provisions regarding the operating hours of the parking lot and other provisions of the Parking Lot Annex bind the Lessee for all intents and purposes. Without derogating from the generality of the aforementioned, it is agreed that the parking lot will be open and accessible to the Lessee 24 hours a day Sun – Thu and between 7 am and 4 pm on Fridays and holiday eves, and thus except holidays and dates for which a different instruction is given.
Parking Lots. This demand is settled on the basis that the Company will ensure sufficient parking facilities are available for all employees at all times. Parking problems identified by the Union will be reviewed by Management and the Shop Committee, in an attempt to mutually resolve the problem(s).
