Miscellaneous Fees. In addition to the Course Fees, the miscellaneous fees set out in Schedule 2.2 may be payable by the Student (the “Miscellaneous Fees”).

Miscellaneous Fees. Any other closing costs not specifically allocated by this Agreement shall be allocated in accordance with closing customs for similar properties in the area of the particular hotel.

If you wish, Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC would be pleased to refer you for these types of services. If a counselor at Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC is ordered to assemble and supply your records to a legal representative (attorney, judge, forensic psychologist, government agency, etc.), there is a $350 per hour fee. Court appearance and/or testimony is provided at a flat rate of $5,000 per day, with the minimum charge being $5,000. In the event your counselor is required to be present at the court for additional days waiting for testimony to be given, each day of waiting is charged at the $5,000 flat-rate fee. If these services are needed, a retainer fee will need to be collected of $5,000. If any letter must be written on behalf of the client, there is a $250 flat rate charge. Counselors at Aspen Counseling Services, PLLC may not be trained in all areas of therapy. Therefore, it may become necessary for a counselor to refer a client for appropriate treatment, if deemed necessary by the counselor.

Miscellaneous Fees. The Borrower hereby agrees to (i) reimburse the Lender for all wire transfer charges and automated clearing house charges and to (ii) pay overadvance charges of Two Hundred Dollars ($200) per day; provided, however, that from the first day of any month during which any Default Period commences or exists at any time, the daily overadvance charge (if an overadvance exists) shall be Four Hundred Dollars ($400).

Miscellaneous Fees. The fees for performing extraordinary or other services not contemplated at the time of the execution of the transaction or not specifically covered elsewhere in this schedule will be commensurate with the service to be provided and will be charged in BNY’s sole discretion. These extraordinary services may include, but are not limited to: proxy dissemination/tabulation, customized reporting and/or procedures, electronic account access, etc. Counsel, accountants, special agents and others will be charged at the actual amount of fees and expenses billed. Additional out-of-pocket expenses may include, but are not limited to, telephone; facsimile; courier; copying; postage; supplies; expenses of foreign depositaries; and expenses of BNY’s representative(s) and Counsel for attending special meetings. Fees and expenses of BNY’s representatives and Counsel will be charged at the actual amount of fees and expenses charged and all other expenses will be charged at cost or in an amount equal to 5% of all expenses billed for the year, in BNY’s discretion, and BNY may charge certain expenses at cost and others on a percentage basis.
