Common use of Further Actions Clause in Contracts

Further Actions. Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Further Actions. Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps steps, including any and all actions as may be necessary or required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, relating to its ReceivablesAccounts, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Further Actions. Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps steps, including any and all actions as may be reasonably necessary or required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, relating to its ReceivablesAccounts, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require, to the extent otherwise required herein, and not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of Section 1.1(b).

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably requirerequire to give effect to the purposes of this Agreement.

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps steps, including any and all actions as may be reasonably necessary or required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, relating to its ReceivablesAccounts, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably requirerequire and not otherwise inconsistent with the provisions of Section 1.1(b).

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments Instruments, Acquisition Letters of Credit and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Each The Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignmentsassignments or grants of security interest, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps steps, including any and all actions as may be necessary or required under the Federal Assignment of Claims Act, arising out of or relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments the Collateral and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably requirerequire (subject to the carve-outs and exceptions set forth herein).

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent Agent, or the GC Notice Recipients with respect to any Government Contract, from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require.

Each Assignor will, at its own expense, make, execute, endorse, acknowledge, file and/or deliver to the Collateral Agent from time to time such vouchers, invoices, schedules, confirmatory assignments, conveyances, financing statements, transfer endorsements, powers of attorney, certificates, reports and other assurances or instruments and take such further steps relating to its Receivables, Contracts, Instruments and other property or rights covered by the security interest hereby granted, as the Collateral Agent may reasonably require..
