EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR. All work under this contract shall be performed in a professional and skillful manner. The County may require, in writing, that the Contractor, remove from this contract any employee the County deems incompetent, careless, or otherwise objectionable.
EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR. All employees of the Contractor employed in the performance of work under the Contract shall be considered employees of the Contractor at all times, and not employees of the State. The Contractor shall comply with the Social Security Act, Xxxxxxx’x Compensation laws and Unemployment laws of the State of Arizona and all State, local and Federal legislation relevant to the Contractor’s business.

Each employee shall have and wear proper identification.

EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR working under this contract or under a task order issued against this contract and requiring access to classified national security information and/or to areas under the control of USAID deemed "Restricted" by USAID's Office of Security must have been subject to an appropriate level background investigation by the Defense Security Service (DSS). DSS must issue either an "Interim" or "Final" security clearance for each such employee before USAID will grant him or her unescorted access to USAID's restricted spaces(s) or permit him or her access to classified national security information. If DSS issues an interim clearance but subsequently denies a final clearance for an employee of a cleared contractor, the contractor must immediately remove the employee from USAID- restricted space and prevent him or her from having access to or handling classified or administratively controlled materials. The contractor is responsible for providing properly cleared personnel to work on the contract and for ensuring that performance is not jeopardized.
EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR. All experts, consultants, subcontractors, or employees of the Contractor who are employed by the Contractor to perform Contract Work under this Contract are neither employees of the City nor under contract to the City and the Contractor alone is responsible for their work, direction, compensation and personal conduct while engaged under this Contract. Nothing in this Contract shall impose any liability or duty on the City for the acts, omissions, liabilities or obligations of the Contractor or any person, firm, company, agency, association, corporation or organization engaged by the Contractor as expert, consultant, subcontractor, independent contractor, specialist, trainee, employee, servant, or agent or for taxes of any insurance, workers compensation, disability benefits and social security, or, except as specifically stated in this Contract to any person, firm or corporation.
EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR. All services to be performed by the Contractor herein shall only be performed by said Contractor, or his/her employees unless by specific written consent of the City. The Contractor shall have constant supervision of all of Contractor’s employees at all times.
EMPLOYEES OF THE CONTRACTOR. Employees of the Contractor are subject to review, investigation and approval by the Contract Administrator or designee. The Contractor shall conduct national background checks on each employee prior to starting any work according to the contract and provide the results of the background checks to the Contract Administrator FOR APPROVAL AND ISSUANCE OF CONTRACTOR BADGE prior to any services being performed. The employees of the Contractor should be bondable and should not have been found guilty of a felony, plead nolo contendere, unlawful substance abuse, driving while intoxicated or any crime involving moral turpitude. The employee investigation shall include driving record and criminal background checks by the appropriate Federal, State, and Local Agencies. A set of fingerprints of each employee shall be kept by the Contractor on their premises. Each employee may be subject to investigation by the Broward County Sheriff's Office. The Contractor shall provide a list of employee's or new hires during the course of the contract for approval before being used to perform any services. The list will include background check information, the names, dates of birth, and a valid Florida Driver's License. The Contractor's employees should be well groomed and neatly attired. No hats, shorts, denim, or clothing with any markings shall be worn. All clothing shall be of a solid color. Each employee shall be provided with photo identification cards, procured by the Contractor, to be utilized at death scenes identifying transport personnel as representatives of the OMETS. The Contractor and its employees shall adhere to all state and local traffic laws. The Contractor and its employees shall adhere to all applicable state laws in Chapter 497, Florida Statutes and treat all deceased persons with respect and care. The Contractor's employees will conduct themselves in a courteous, respectful, considerate, and professional manner towards the families and friends of the deceased person, law enforcement personnel, medical staff, County personnel and the deceased person. Contractor’s employees will not distribute advertising material of any kind while performing Services under this Agreement. Contractor, its employees, and agents shall not in any manner, way, or means convey to funeral homes, media, attorneys, or any other person not involved in the provision of Services to the County under the Agreement any information which would disclose the deceased’s identify, residence, l...
