Copies of. (a) the document of compliance (DOC) and safety management certificate (SMC) referred to in paragraph (a) of the definition of the ISM Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the applicable Approved Manager certified as true and in effect by the Owner of such Existing Ship; and
(b) the ISPS Code Documentation in respect of each Existing Ship and the Owner thereof certified as true and in effect by that Owner.
Copies of a Clerk’s certification certifying to (1) the authority of the Administrator to enter into this Agreement; and (2) the identity of certain individuals on behalf of the Administrator to (a) give instructions to the Sub-Administrator pursuant to this Agreement and (b) sign checks and pay expenses;
Copies of. (a) All notices, certificates and opinions which the Borrower receives in connection with the transaction under the terms of the Xxxxxxx Transaction Documents;
(b) Any executed “Nuclear Operating Agreement” (as defined by the NMBA);
(c) Any and all “Strategic Plans” (as defined in the NMBA) approved under the NMBA;
(d) Any amendment to Appendix A of the NMBA; or
(e) All notices or other communications given to or received by the Borrower with respect to any “Event of Default,” “Loan Event of Default” or “Subordinated Deed to Secure Debt and Security Agreement Event of Default” under any “Operative Document” (all as defined in the Rocky Mountain Participation Agreements).
Copies of. (i) The Company’s by-laws and any amendments thereto;
(ii) resolutions of the Board regarding (A) approval of this Agreement and authorization of officers of the Company to execute and deliver this Agreement and authorization for specified officers of the Company to instruct Citi hereunder; and (B) authorization of Citi to act for the Company in the capacities designated herein.
Copies of. (a) the confirmation of acceptance of appointment from the agent for service of process; and
(b) the confirmation that the Deed of Covenant and the Guarantee have been delivered to the Issuing and Paying Agent.
Copies of. (i) each Company's by-laws and any amendments thereto;
(ii) resolutions of the Board regarding (A) approval of this Agreement and authorization of officers of HSBC to execute and deliver this Agreement and authorization for specified officers of HSBC to instruct BISYS hereunder; and (B) authorization of BISYS to act for HSBC in the capacities designated herein.

Copies of. The Union and the Employer desire every Employee to be familiar with the provisions of this Agreement and her rights and obligations under it. The Employer agrees-to share the cost equally with the Union for the cost of printing sufficient copies of the Agreement within thirty (30) days of signing.
Copies of the Initial Reserves Report addressed to the Agent and the Technical Bank prepared by Independent Engineering Consultant;
Copies of. (i) the approved Annual Work Program and Budget in effect from time to time, within thirty (30) days after the approval thereof in accordance with Section 6.2(c); and (ii) any amended Annual Work Program and Budget within thirty (30) days of such Annual Work Program and Budget is amended.
