Approved Plan The Subrecipient agrees that it shall be committed to carry out pursuant to the Grantee’s specifications an Affirmative Action Program in keeping with the principles as provided in President’s Executive Order 11246 of September 24, 1966. The Grantee shall provide Affirmative Action guidelines to the Subrecipient to assist in the formulation of such program. The Subrecipient shall submit a plan for an Affirmative Action Program for approval prior to the award of funds.
Proposal Format To facilitate efficiency and consistency in proposal evaluation, the following guidance is mandatory. Proposals which do not follow this guidance may be rejected as non-responsive and thus ineligible for award.
Flexible Work Schedules An employee may request a modification of their current work schedule to another schedule. The Employer, or its designees, may approve or deny flexible work schedules and retain the responsibility for determining exemptions from, or terminations of, flexible work schedules which adversely affect the operation of the Minnesota Judicial Branch or the level of service to the public.
Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.
Construction Progress Schedule A schedule indicating proposed activity sequences and durations, milestone dates for receipt and approval of pertinent information, preparation, submittal, and processing of Shop Drawings and Samples, delivery of materials or equipment requiring long-lead time procurement, and proposed date(s) of Material Completion and Occupancy and Final Completion. The schedule will be developed to represent the sixteen or seventeen CSI Specification Divisions. It shall have a minimum number of activities as required to adequately represent to Owner the complete scope of work and define the Project’s critical path and associated activities. If the Project is to be phased, then each individual Phase should be identified from start through completion of the overall Project and should be individually scheduled and described, including any Owner’s occupancy requirements and showing portions of the Project having occupancy priority. The format of the schedule will have dependencies indicated on a monthly grid identifying milestone dates such as construction start, phase construction, structural top out, dry-in, rough-in completion, metal stud and drywall completion, equipment installation, systems operational, Material Completion and Occupancy Date, final inspection dates, Punchlist, and Final Completion date.
PROGRESS SCHEDULE The Contractor, within ten (10) working days of receiving notice of the award of the contract, shall prepare and submit for the State's and Architect's information an estimated progress schedule for the Work. The progress schedule shall be related to the entire Project to the extent required by the Contract Documents, and shall provide for expeditious and practicable execution of the Work.
Proposal of a Corrective Action Plan In addition to the processes set forth in the Term Contract (e.g., service level agreements), if the Customer or the Department determines that there is a performance deficiency that requires correction by the Contractor, then the Customer or the Department will notify the Contractor. The correction must be made within a timeframe specified by the Customer or the Department. The Contractor must provide the Customer or the Department with a corrective action plan describing how the Contractor will address all performance deficiencies identified by the Customer or the Department.
Final Plans No later than thirty (30) days following the approval of the Preliminary Plans, Tenant shall submit to Landlord a proposed set of Final Plans for approval by Landlord. Landlord’s approval of such proposed Final plans shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed, provided that (a) the Tenant Improvements, as set forth on such plans, comply with all applicable governmental laws, codes, rules, and regulations, and (b) such plans are sufficiently detailed to allow construction of the Tenant Improvements in a good and workmanlike manner. Landlord shall advise Tenant of Landlord’s approval or disapproval of the proposed Final Plans. If Landlord disapproves any aspect of the proposed Final Plans, Landlord shall so notify Tenant and specify how any such disapproved item may be made acceptable to Landlord. The proposed Final Plans shall then be revised and re-submitted to Landlord and Landlord and Tenant shall agree upon and sign the Final Plans as soon as reasonably practicable. The proposed Final Plans will be deemed to be complete and become the Final Plans upon execution thereof by Landlord and Tenant, and thereupon such Final Plans shall be deemed to be a part of this Lease and incorporated into this Lease by reference. Approval by Landlord of the Final Plans shall not be a representation or warranty of Landlord that such plans are adequate for any use, purpose, or condition, or that such plans comply with any applicable law or code, but shall merely be the consent of Landlord to the Final Plans. All changes in the Final Plans must receive the prior written approval of Landlord, and in the event of any such approved change, Tenant shall, upon completion of the Tenant Improvements, furnish Landlord with an accurate, reproducible “as-built” plan of the Tenant Improvements as constructed.
Space Plan Tenant or Tenant’s Architect shall prepare a proposed space plan for the Tenant Improvements in the Premises which shall include a layout and designation of all partitioning, intended use for such space and equipment to be contained therein (the “Space Plan”) and shall deliver the proposed Space Plan to Landlord with a request for Landlord’s approval. Landlord shall approve or disapprove the Space Plan by written notice given to Tenant within ten (10) Business Days after receipt of the Space Plan. Landlord shall not unreasonably withhold its approval of the Space Plan, provided that, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord shall be entitled to withhold its consent to the Space Plan if, in Landlord’s good faith judgment, any one or more of the following conditions exist: (a) the proposed Tenant Improvements will adversely affect the exterior appearance of the Building; (b) the proposed Tenant Improvements may impair the structural strength of the Building, affect any of the Base Building Systems or adversely affect the value of the Building; or (c) the proposed Tenant Improvement Work would trigger the necessity under Applicable Laws or otherwise for work to be performed outside the Premises. If Tenant’s proposed interior partitioning or other aspects of the Tenant Improvement Work will, in Landlord’s good faith judgment, require changes or alterations in the Base Building Systems located outside of the Premises, and Landlord approves such changes or alterations, such changes or alterations shall be made at Tenant’s expense. If Landlord disapproves the Space Plan, Landlord shall return the Space Plan to Tenant with a statement of Landlord’s reasons for disapproval, or specifying any required corrections and/or revisions. Landlord shall approve or disapprove of any revisions to the Space Plan by written notice given to Tenant within five (5) Business Days after receipt of such revisions. This procedure shall be repeated until Landlord approves the Space Plan (as so approved, the “Approved Space Plan”).
